Leaving a legacy of faith
The Light of Christ Legacy Society honors individuals and families who have made a planned gift in their will or estate plan to the Catholic Foundation, to any of its funds, a parish, a Catholic school, a Catholic organization, or the Diocese of Grand Rapids. The Society provides a platform to pray and celebrate together, honor those who came before us, acknowledge these special benefactors before they enter God’s eternal Kingdom, and encourage others to join.
The Catholic Foundation of West Michigan is welcoming founding members to the Light of Light of Christ Legacy Society through 2024.
“I invite you to consider a special role that you may play by making a planned gift and becoming part of the Light of Christ Legacy Society. The seeds we are sowing today will bear fruit for the next generation of the Catholic faithful, inspire others to hear the call to follow Jesus and to spread the faith, and continue to serve the needs of countless individuals in our Diocese.”
—Most Reverend David J. Walkowiak, Bishop of Grand Rapids
